JUROR QUESTIONNAIREEach juror who is seated in the jury box will be asked to answer the following 42questions, beginning with the juror in seat number 1. Please do not read thequestions aloud, that is not necessary. Simply state the number of the question andanswer each question, one after the other, in a loud clear voice. Depending on youranswer, we may ask you follow-up questions. When you are finished answering all thequestions, we will move on to the next seated juror until every juror has had theopportunity to answer.1.
